Marco Schulz
After completing two technical apprenticeships, Marco decided to enter the motorsport sector in 2007.
In the early years he went through all internal team stations that are required both in the workshop and on the racetrack in order to do a coordinated work assignment.
From the beginning, the field of GT Sport (DTM, GT3), as well as prototype construction was his profession, which continues to this day. But he was also involved in formula sports. Vehicle bodies in racing series (Formula BMW, Formula ADAC, Formula 3, GP3) were part of everyday business.
Over the years, the path went from being a mechanic in charge of the vehicle, to being in charge of the gearbox and chassis shop, to being a crew chief and operations manager on the world's racetracks.
During this period, it was always works assignments by well-known German automobile manufacturers that gave him the chance to fight for overall victories and championships. Some of these opportunities were ultimately rewarded with podium places.
Josefine Tamm
After completing her apprenticeship as a hotel specialist and 1 year as a banquet coordinator at the Hotel Savoy ****, Josefine started her own business, studied trade fairs, congresses & events and founded her own model, hostess & promotion agency Josey-Promotion in 2010.
She discovered her love and fascination for motorsport early on, and when she founded her own agency, she focused on event management at the racetrack.
She has remained loyal to this industry for 12 years now and has been organizing events in the areas of team management, event organization, hospitality and lounge support as well as personnel recruitment.
